What is changing with Massachusetts HIP?

Massachusetts has changed processing contracts from Conduent to FIS.

What does this mean for current HIP vendors?

Current HIP vendors will have their processing changed to FIS, and will have to reinstall their TotilPay Go app to ensure the changes are updated.

Will this interrupt my ability to process HIP?

If you reinstall the TotilPay Go app after you have been notified your processing is updated, you should not have any interruption in your ability to process HIP.

There may be an FIS system outage from 11pm CST on April 26 until the morning of Sunday April 27.

When is all of this happening?

The change over will happen on April 26, 2025.

Is this available to all MA farmers/markets?

The MA HIP program is not currently accepting new vendors. There will be an announcement if they are able to expand and accept new applications.

What is the minimum version for the operating system needed for the TotilPay app?

The minimum operating systems required are: Apple iOS 15 or Android 8.0.

How do I reinstall my TotilPay app?
