eSolutions for WIC, FMNP-WIC & Senior, and Incentive Programs

An efficient way to distribute, redeem, and track federal nutrition programs for all.
Key Features
MarketLink provides electronic solutions for eWIC, FMNP-WIC & Senior, and Incentive Programs. We use two platforms: The myMarketLink app and the TotilPay Incentive Management System (TIMS).

myMarketLink App
A digital wallet that is free to download for participating customers. The app is downloadable through the Google Play store and the Apple store. However, a participant must be added to a program such as Indiana eFMNP to utilize it. Please see our current pilot programs.
- Token-free program: Electronic benefits (EBT) are linked to quick response (QR) codes, which participants present to vendors.
- Real-time balance and transaction history provided.
- Mitigate stigmas associated with participants shopping at farmers markets.
TotilPay Incentive Management System (TIMS)
TIMS is a management system that is included in the vendor’s TotilPay Go app. Electronic benefits (EBT) are linked to a quick response (QR) code in the myMarketLink app for customers. Vendors scan this QR code for payment using the TotilPay Go app. Sales management is quicker through TIMS – Vendors can quickly see how much they’ve sold on it. Vendors and farmers receive payments directly to their bank account within 2-3 business days instead of having to account for tokens.
- Improved sales tracking – Vendors can promptly assess their sales volume using the TIMS system.
- Faster payments – Vendors and farmers receive payments directly to their bank account within 2-3 business days instead of having to account for tokens.

Participating Programs
Indiana eFMNP
MarketLink has partnered with the Indiana Department of Health since 2023 to support their transition to the electronic Farmers Market Nutrition Program (eFMNP).
Farmers and farmers markets interested in participating can find more information through the Indiana Farmers Market Community of Practice.
Massachusetts eHIP
We’re currently supporting the state of Massachusetts as they implement the electronic Healthy Incentives Program (eHIP). This includes assisting with the transition to digital systems, offering technical guidance, and helping farmers and farmers markets prepare for successful participation in the program.

Eligibility
Payment options for eWIC, eS/FMNP, and incentive programs are available to Direct Marketing Farmers and Farmers Market in participating states.
Direct Marketing Farmers and Farmers Markets can utilize the TotilPay Incentive Management System (TIMS) to maintain their sales from eWIC, Senior FMNP, and incentive programs if their state or market association has developed a program with us. Please check with your local agency for more info.
Equipment Requirements
A smart device: This is a “Bring Your Own Device” program. Farmers and farmers market organizers will need to provide their own smart device, such as a phone or tablet, to run the TotilPay Go app (Android 5 +, Apple iOS 11+ devices).
Internet/data service: This is required to run the TotilPay Go app. You can use WiFi (if available at your location) or you will need mobile service for your device. You will need to set this up with the carrier of your choice.
