How do I know if I am Eligible for Free Equipment?

The Farmers Market Coalition currently determines Eligibility for this USDA program; you must complete their application here: FMCtoolbox.org and then they will notify you via email once your application has been approved.

I need help getting an eAuthorization account so that I can log into the USDA Online Store Application (OSA).

Information on what documents are needed to complete your USDA application.

You must send these to USDA via United States Postal Service (USPS) at PO Box 14500, Washington DC 20004 or via fax to 571-395-8021.

  • Copy of your social security card (or other government document with your SSN on it such as the first page of your tax return)
  • Copy of your license or other photo ID such as a passport
  • Completed Certification and Signature page (sample)

Your equipment will ship after your account with WorldPay is approved; Novo Dia Group is MarketLink's software & equipment provider and will send you notifications.

Equipment shipping:

  • You can expect to receive your equipment within 2-3 weeks.
  • You will receive an email notification from Novo Dia Group when your equipment has been shipped.

Set-up your device:

  • You will receive an email notification from Novo Dia Group requesting that you set up your MobileEBT.com account; you must sign in to this account to activate your device.
  • DO NOT install the MobileMarket+ Select application on your personal phone/iPad unless you have chosen the “Bring your Own Device” (BYOD) option.
  • Your equipment will come with step-by-step instructions on how to set up the iPhone or iPad, use the MobileMarket+ Select application, process transactions, as well as create and download reports.
